Your New Puppy/Dog Warranty
A non refundable deposit is required to hold any animal. Deposits will not be refunded because you've changed your mind or found a puppy somewhere else.
a. Full payment is required before any puppy leaves the premises.
b. Payment can be made by : cash
c. We strongly suggest that you pick up the puppy yourself. If this is not possible we must receive funds to cover shipping and crate expenses two weeks prior to the shipping date.
d. In the unlikely event that an animal dies, in our care, before you are able to pick it up it will be replaced or a refund of your deposit given.
e. In the event that a puppy/dog is injured in our care, before buyer takes possession of it, Buyer has the option of selecting a replacement puppy or a refund. If buyer decides to take the puppy the warranty in part “two” applies.
Warranty
a. Your new puppy is sold guaranteed healthy at time of purchase. We do our best to assure that the best of care has been taken and expect you to follow up with necessary veterinary care for your new puppy. Buyer agrees to have the puppy/dog examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours (not including Sundays and holidays) of receipt of the animal. Failure to do so will void this warranty. If the puppy/dog is determined to be in poor health, as evidenced by a veterinarian's statement, buyer can elect to keep puppy/dog, assuming all costs for its care and vet expenses, or may return the puppy/dog for a full refund upon sellers receipt of the vets statement regarding the puppy/dogs health.
If your new puppy has any health issues that arise within 72 hours of purchase of your puppy regarding health, the puppy must be “returned” to me immediately and I will be responsible for the care/costs of the puppy once it has been returned. I will contact you when your puppy is well and you may return and receive your puppy. INITALS ______
b. Seller makes no guarantee regarding loss of the puppy/dog because of accidental death, theft, sickness, Etc, or any other loss beyond the seller’s control. This includes diseases for which the puppy has been vaccinated for.
It is highly recommended that your new puppy not be exposed to other dogs until its third set of shots given at approx 16 weeks of age or taken to pet stores or high traffic pet areas (dog parks, doggies day cares, Etc. ) INITALS______
c. The breeder makes no guarantee regarding the puppy becoming hypoglycemic as a result of not eating. This is a management problem .INITALS ______
d. If the dog develops any congenital or genetic defects which inhibit the pup from being a quality companion dog within 12 (Twelve) months from the date of birth, buyer may return the puppy/dog to the seller (at buyers expense) for a replacement puppy of equal or lesser value.
Seller does not Guarantee Patella’s OR retained puppy teeth .These are Toy size dogs and it is a common problem.INITALS_______
Seller reserves the right to have a second veterinarian of her choice evaluates the dog’s condition before the warranty will be honored. Buyer may then elect to keep the puppy/dog, in which case buyer promptly agrees to spay/neuter the dog, providing a copy of the vets spay/neuter certificate to the seller. Under no conditions and at no time during the life of the dog will the seller assist in paying vet expenses after the dog is purchased, including any such expenses directly or indirectly related to any inheritable/genetic defects. e. Should one of our puppies/dogs need to be replaced, we require a letter from your vet on his/her letter head stating the exact nature of the problem. If our vet concurs, we will replace your puppy/dog with a new puppy/dog of equal value as soon as one is available. We will not cover any expenses that the new owner (you) has paid in regards to this puppy/dog. We will not pay for return shipment of the puppy/dog. We must have the puppy/dog shipped back to us in order to send you a replacement. If your puppy has died, we require an autopsy to discover the cause of death and all findings sent to us. Under no circumstances will a refund of any monies be given with regards to care, veterinary costs or initial costs of the puppy/dog. Our guarantee is for a replacement puppy only. INITALS ______
f. Your puppy most likely will develop stress- related diarrhea for the first week. This is common and easily treated. INITALS ______
g. We do not guarantee against stress induced giardia or coccidia as these can live in local water supplies and are easily treated. INITALS ______
3. We do not guarantee adult color or size. And because behaviors are learned, we also do not guarantee them. You are buying a pet puppy. If you breed this puppy this warranty is void. INITALS ______
4. We do not require that puppies be spayed/neutered but do encourage this as it makes for a healthier dog. You are buying a pet puppy. If you breed this puppy this warranty is void. INITIALS ______
5. You agree to provide appropriate vet care for the life of the dog, which should include a once a year health check. And all shots, failure to give puppy all sets of shots (3) will void this warranty. INITIALS _______
6. If at any time in the life of this dog the seller is alerted to any abuse or neglect, seller will reserve the right to either purchase the puppy back from the buyer or find the puppy a suitable new home. If the buyer is unable or unwilling to keep the dog, seller may assist buyer in finding a new home for the dog. Seller makes no guarantees regarding finding a new home for the dog, but will do its best to assist the buyer with finding a new home. INITIALS ______
7. We offer continuing support to you during the lifetime of your dog. Contact us anytime for your questions and concerns. We hold a special spot in our hearts for our pups and want to know how they are doing. We gladly receive and encourage family pictures and updates.
8. The new owner is responsible to contact breeder or seller if the pup stops eating regardless before taking the pup to the vet. INITIALS_________
10. Full extent of the warranty doesn't go above the initial cost of the puppy. (Example: if puppy/dog costs $400.00 then the warranty is for $400.00 only) INITALS ______

12. Male puppies who are crypt (have an undescended testical) are not covered under warranty for this condition, as this does not prevent the puppy/dog from being a quality companion dog. INITALS ______
